History & Background

Phantom launched in 2021 and quickly dominated the Solana ecosystem. Its clean UX and NFT-first design made it the default wallet for Solana dApps. In 2022–2024 it expanded to Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Polygon, becoming a true multi-chain wallet.
